get it sandblasted then pc should be ok and normally its thick enough you wont hardly see the pits from the rust.... but i would make sure you sand blast it or maybe even put a da to the area.. need to get rid of rust so pc will bond....

you can have glass bottles but you cant take glass containers out in dune area... hell when oasis was stilla store you could buy beer in bottles there... just dont get caught drinking hard stuff from a bottle out in the open... you cant have hard alcohol in the park period... but ppl do just hide it in a mcdonalds cup like led of the zep does... ok it did pour cus we all got soaked coming from south to north camp .. me wes,led,bro and freinds ..we was going as fast as you could go nail the brakes at the tops and hit the gas for the next dune... it was fun to laugh about afterwards thou....
