Check and see if the park brake rev limiter is stuck on.Trace the lead back and unplug it.While you at it if you still have the tors in place unplug both leads on the top of them and also unplug the black boxmounted next to the coil on the left hand side. Let us know how it works out

Compression sounds good bothh cyls should be within 10%of each other which they are.With the temps your running in you may need to go slightly leaner on the main during summer to compensate. You say the plugs are black which means you are running rich
