About the clutch sounds like your pressure plate is not turned to the right possition,there is arrows you must line up,and if your rpms are not dropping fast enough your throttle cable is most likely got a twist in it,just my 2 cents worth. -

The pressure plate is not in the right possition,when you take the cover off,take the bolts and springs off of the pressure plate,turn the pressure plate one bolt hole at a time to the right or left till it slides in to contact the clutches,I think mayby there is arrows on them to.

Man every one dose that kind of shit,The one that i am ashamed of is i put all my top end together and tried to srart it for about 2 or 3 minutes,and look over on a tool box and seen my reeds laying there forgot to put them on.

You can get down to about 11 inches eye to eye drag shocks,marvin shaw is the best and the highest,tony doukus sells a cheaper one to,plus go to ebay type in shocks I bought a pair of harly shocks 11 inches for mine all crome 100 bucks,but they are a little heavy. -
I bought a complete set of shiny black maier,I could not get the gas and radiator pieces to fit,but the back was perfect and maier back fenders dont sag like factory.

I bought a set of polished cylinders that are running blasters pistons,and they like 6mm coming to the top of the cylinders,so if you run them i guess you would have to have a 6mm crank for them to work right,the blaster pistons are .30 over the cylinder bore is .080 over.

I bought a new set of vitoes power pistons and instead of having to bore .040 over i had to go .060 over,175 i will pay shipping.

Most people that dirt drag uses 3/4 inch cro-moly tubing .058 wall thickness for mine i cut all 3 pieces 12 and 1/2 inches long,and drilled eye to eye 11 inches,thats low but thats how i like um.

This is just what i have heard from others,but you lose ponies if you place it,being the reed spacer against the cylinder,and gain a ponie or two if you place it between the reed and carb.

Some of those stater side seals are made the same on both sides,the last set i bought had springs on both sides.

Come on guys nothing is impossible,I seen my son-n-law run a 4.81 on a 300 foot dirt track.and the only things that were not stock were pro wedge tires,and a 2 to 5 override trainy,can you belive that,every thing elsa was stock as they come from factory,and he weighs 190.
