It could be lean but usually it lean poops & acts up if it is . Not no power & getting "to hot" if you think its that, re-check for leaks, leakdown is the best way, you can try spraying it again, but not as accurate & clean carbs

I'd say rt sides not firing. Cold= not firing and You said rt side hot af i assume you meant left? So ill say (cold) Assuming your pipes not full of gas now- 1Check that rt (cold side) carb has fuel in it 2 swap plug wires & see if rt ( cold) gets hot & left cold. 3rd after putting back, Pull choke on rt side ( cold side)& see if it gets hot with choke pulled. Or if you can get fuel to the rt( cold) side intake 4th clean ( atleast rt) carb. ( for now)
