kirk3000 Posted August 24, 2008 Report Posted August 24, 2008 how do you tell if your reeds break or start to go? i think mine are starting to die, theres a rattle in the carbs and i think thats what it is. the engine responds great and starts in one kick but the rattleing has gotten worse. but they only rattle at idle and a little bit above it, but not by alot. it started one day when i ran too long in the powerband and then i turned it off and it didnt wanna start after that for like 30 kicks, but then it started and it was rattling... and if they need to be replaced that kind should i get?
