Banshee Eccentric Adjuster

I lost my clymers manual can someone tell me how to set this adjuster. I talked to Dave about it but told me to look in the manual well i don't have one and having a brain fart. What does this do as well?

its adjusts where the shifter sits on the shift star.. push your shifter in all the way and start adjusting it.. youll see the shifter move.. center it up on those knobs sticking out of the shift star.

So leave the shift shaft out and adjust the adjuster parralel with the shift star stubs tighten the bolt and bend the lock washer on the bolt then stick your shift shaft through after that?

no the shift shaft has to be all the way in.. that adjustor moves the shift shaft up and down in relation to the shift star..
