I know. I know. Just hear me out. I've wanted a 4poke for a long time now. Just want to put gas and go. This guy on here has a 06450r with a worked motor and he wants to trade me straight up. With his motor work the thing must really cook. I just wanted to know what you guys thought. My shee is listed below. Here is the link please be gently.

idk, the 450r is nice but your banshee is sick and your prob gonna regret it i think just keep the shee. or try and find a ktm 525 xc. i demoed one for a weekend on the trails and a track and we beat the shit out of the thing and it was crazy. they really thought a lot making that quad. but it is like 11 or 12 grand out the door. i say try and find a used one. thats a 4 poke you wont regret. :thumbsup:

yeah that's a nice 450r... but your banshee is better, 450r's are still being produced, you own a monster of all quads it's a legend in it's self, i wouldn't do it but only you can make that decision!

if you want one that bad save for it or go buy one. you know just as much as everyone else on here that once you sell her you have to get a second one so why trade a good bike. youll only have to build another. i wouldnt do it. if your old thats one thing. are you an old head marine? gettin kinda slow? dont do it.

if youre gonna trade, get a yfz450. youre gonna be very disappointed in a 450r. ive ridden them and hated them. too short, too narrow and too tall. stock yfz450 will crush a stock 450r..ive seen modded 450r get stomped by stock yfz450.. id wait and try to snag a yfz.

what did them Widow shocks run you?

I paid 500 with like maybee 1 ride on them. New they are just under a grand. I got the shocks and the chrome LRS 2+1 for 1000.

looking again at your shee, that thing is fucking nuts dont get rid of that. if anything, save up for a yfz

Not for a honda..... Maybe a YFZ worked up, but not the honda. Your banshee would eat it alive. Believe me, I know. I had the 2 into 1 setup WITHOUT Kevin Herr's porting.... and I tore up every 450 honda I came across. I mean I really beat them good. Some YFZ 450's were tough with my 2 into 1, but not the hondas. Don't do it...

 

I look at your signature pic everyday I am on here.... I love your bike. Don't do it, you will be regretting it, and will be very sad.
