He also had the pro design one with less fins that some of the other I've seen. I guess it would help if your on the verge of overheating all the time. If anything it could add more bling to your bike. Quote
bronco91shee Posted August 15, 2008 Report Posted August 15, 2008 i bought one cuz my shee was overheating all fo the time. it wasnt running lean either. so actually my dad made the inline piece...it seemed to help by about 5 degrees. then we added engine ice, that helped alil as well. the biggest difference that kept both of ours from overheating was the water impeller. now he has a cool head and i have a stock shaved one. we both run cool now, actually i can still touch the cylinders after riding for an hr. its running darn cool now. i would say, if your looking for only a few degrees, than get it. other wise the impeller was the best bang for the buck. and the engine ice was the second.....
