I seen 10 degrees temp drop with my 20 fin cooler and that is with my temp gauge at idle, with and with out the cooler.

My buddy was running one for awhile, didnt make much difference to be honest. He also had the pro design one with less fins that some of the other I've seen. I guess it would help if your on the verge of overheating all the time. If anything it could add more bling to your bike.

i bought one cuz my shee was overheating all fo the time. it wasnt running lean either. so actually my dad made the inline piece...it seemed to help by about 5 degrees. then we added engine ice, that helped alil as well. the biggest difference that kept both of ours from overheating was the water impeller. now he has a cool head and i have a stock shaved one. we both run cool now, actually i can still touch the cylinders after riding for an hr. its running darn cool now.

i would say, if your looking for only a few degrees, than get it. other wise the impeller was the best bang for the buck. and the engine ice was the second.....

to tell you the truth i think the fins are too tight and not enough air even circulates around that area where most people usually put them. if you are getting a hot bike might as well save and get a torchworks radiator

I thought the same Hex, but I'm sure it has to help decipate some heat! Hey, you're still @ STU right? If so, do you have a carb cable for 28mm PWK's? I'd like to go grab that tomorrow!!

It helps a lil bit..and for 10 bux what the hell

This might sound funnny, but I bought two off of ebay with 20 or more fins, not really sure, entirely for looks with my two clear hoses, but it did make a little bit of a difference.
