Slight bogging need some help

I have a slight bog right before i hit powerband, its more noticible when under load at low rpms and throttle is applied, but once it hits powerband its fine after that.

 

I have a dynoport 2 into 1 pipe and snorkel removed. My air screws are 2 turns out

1/4 to 3/4 on the throttle your needle clip position may rich or lean.

well the plugs were new and after about 3 hours of riding one side (about 1/2) of the porcelain is a very dark brown almost black color the other side still looks like new. How do i adjust the needle clip
