jerod187 Posted July 21, 2008 Report Posted July 21, 2008 hey my buddy has a 2000 cr250 and just wondering what mods you guys would reccomend he do before we go to the dunes right now its jsut stock with a fmf fatty pipe and silencer so i said he should get some VF3 and possibly get it bored/honed and ported, what u think Quote

Yes you can have it bored, but it will have to have a steel liner put in to the cylinder or jug what every it may be in your case. the best bang for the buck on them is stroke it. its 72stroke x 66.4 bore. make it a 77.5 x 67. add a load of fuel to it, an watch it run.
