Root_Doc Posted July 20, 2008 Report Posted July 20, 2008 Hello, I have a small amount of fuel that continues to leak out of the drain tube of both carbs. Both drain screws are tight. Is this normal? I have not taken it apart to look. I would first like a few diagnostic possibilities before continuing. Only mods T6 with rich carb settings and toomey air filter. thx Quote

No, I have had no responses and have been working my ars off. I havent taken the carbs apart, I guess it could possibly be the screw itself, but if a proper seal is acquired, I dont see how a leak would be possible. If you come up with anything let me know and I will do the same. thanx Your Banshee will not start at all? Dies when gas is given??? Quote

Well unless your drain screws are leaking, but thats doubtful. Good luck man! Edited July 23, 2008 by shee4speed Quote
TeamRealtreeHD Posted July 23, 2008 Report Posted July 23, 2008 Yes, my buddy had one do the same thing. Stock carbs and the floats were all over the place and it was leaking pretty good. We adjusted them to the proper angle and it was fine after that. Take the bowl off and adjust them. Quote
