need help installing 30mm oko d slide carbs

I've never messed with d slide carbs before and having trouble... Can't figure how u get the throttle cable to stay on there or how its suppose to go ... Any advice will help thanks

in the slide there is an inset you need to slide the iner part up to expose it. then slide your spring up your cable, slide the cable end into the inset, release your spring and then slide the iner part of the slide back down to cover it all up. then you just put your tops back on.
