I was having idle issues w my 02 after i put my cpi's on. I looked in my carbs and saw that only one slide was coming fully down. I took apart the carbs only to find, nothing. I replaced the throttle cable and it fixed the slide issue but now when i put it full thorottle, it sticks. i tried shutting it off and nothing happened it just stayed wide open. everythime i shut it off i have to tap the throttle to get the bike to die. when it was running i checked the slides and they were moving fine so i eliminated the throttle cable but i have no idea. PLEAASE HELP! I don't wanna pay 100 bucks for someone to tell me so i came here

Do you still have the tors system on your bike, if so get rid of it with a removal kit. check and make sure your needles are not dirty and sticking, have you modified the springs?

It gets rid of the throttle overide system. It replaces the big silver box's on top of your carbs with simple caps and an idle screw. It makes carbs much easier to work on and solves throttle sticking problems. You may also want to remove thumb throttle cover and check for obstructions
