scotties_banshee Posted June 19, 2008 Report Posted June 19, 2008 Hey i just bought a T-REX cylinder kit 392cc(68mm bore), with pump gas domes(not sure what size, but runs on pum gas), and a set of Kenhin 35mm PWK carbs. I'm running the stock airbox with a K&N and no lid, and a set of trinity stage IV pipes. I live in canada and am right around sea level. I was told told by the guy i bought the cylinders off of to run 160-158 mains, 52 pilots, and CEL needles with the clip in the middle position. Dose this sound right? Also do i need to get the pingel dual petcock?? Quote
scotties_banshee Posted June 19, 2008 Author Report Posted June 19, 2008 what about the fuel mixture screw, and the idle adjustment? Quote
lowbuckracing Posted June 19, 2008 Report Posted June 19, 2008 Turn the air screws all the way in untill they stop..Then back them out 1 full turn then another half turn. The idle will need to be set by ear or a sinc tool..YOu can do a search on here for both...Good luck..Lowbuckracing Quote
dajogejr Posted June 20, 2008 Report Posted June 20, 2008 Do a compression check with a good, known working gauge before you're sure it's pump gas domes. Trust me on that one..... Quote
