  1. Hello, I pulled 3 of the cylinder head studs outa my T-REX cylinders. All 3 of them were helicoild in!! Do the T-Rex cylinders comelike this from factory? So it tore the helicoil out along with the material around it. So know i have 3 ,clean round, holes with no threads in it, how do i fix this????
  2. Hello, I just installed a set of T-REX cylinders with the stock stroke and 68mm bore (392cc), which have been drag ported. I also have a set of K&T's 34mm mikuni carbs that they bored to 35.5mm. I am running the pump gas 10cc domes, an i have advanced the timeing 6 degrees. I'm runnin the stock air box with a K&N and no lid, and my elevation is right about sea level. when running it, in every gear it seems to stumble(bog) at about 1/4 to 1/2 throttle, and from 1st gear to 4th it seems to deadn on the top end, but in 5th and 6th it runs pritty good on top.... from 1st to 4th it sonds almost like i'm hitting a rev limiter or something, but its not even reved out?? I imagine the bottom end bog is that the pilot jets need to be smaller or larger??....I just have no idea what the other problem could be??
  3. what about the fuel mixture screw, and the idle adjustment?
  4. Hey i just bought a T-REX cylinder kit 392cc(68mm bore), with pump gas domes(not sure what size, but runs on pum gas), and a set of Kenhin 35mm PWK carbs. I'm running the stock airbox with a K&N and no lid, and a set of trinity stage IV pipes. I live in canada and am right around sea level. I was told told by the guy i bought the cylinders off of to run 160-158 mains, 52 pilots, and CEL needles with the clip in the middle position. Dose this sound right? Also do i need to get the pingel dual petcock??
