Where to start with jetting

I have an 06 Shee that has no mods on it as of now but i will be putting T6's on it and later on a k&n filter where should i start with the jetting for the pipes and how much will it change when i put the filter on? Right now im in Washington with 60-85 degree temps and the elevations for where i ride are from 1100-1800. later on i will be moving to Texas where the temps are usually from 70-115 depending on the time of year and elevation for riding areas will be 500-1600 i know the jetting will be different for both area but seems it will be this year i figured i would ask about both now and get them out the way so that im ready for the move when it comes time but for now the most important is Washington. Thanks ahead of time for any help you may have. I also have a Dial a jet kit that the o lady bougt for it that will be going on sometime between the pipes and Texas. Again thanks for everything.

im in OK my elevation is at 900, stock carbs right now with K&N Pods and V3 reeds, T6's, i run 320 mains and 25 pilots

Full lid and snorkel on with your mods I would say 270 mains and 27.5 pilots. No snorkel 290 mains 27.5 pilots and with no lid I would try 310 mains and 27.5 pilots IMO.
