dajogejr Posted June 13, 2008 Report Posted June 13, 2008 Not to sound like a smart ass...but.... On my buddies bone stock, BONE stock bike with about 25PSI in the tires we took it to Milan Dragway 1/4 mile. It ran 74MPH top end, which it was topped out at 1/8 mile. We removed all the plastics, it went 77MPH. bone stock, 96. He weighed 140 lbs at that time. Quote

Take it to a track or get a radar gun....they're a helluva lot easier than someone trying to pace you in a car, and just a hair safer, too... Quote

dajogejr Posted June 13, 2008 Report Posted June 13, 2008 sorry its not bone stock i have v3 reeds and diff sprokets Yep...that will make the difference right there. Gearing more so than the reeds, but I'm with you 100%. I still wouldn't rely on a side by side pacing with a car, they got all the protection, you don't in case something goes wrong... Quote

Check the For Sale section, there are always pipes for sale there. Quote
Snopczynski Posted June 13, 2008 Report Posted June 13, 2008 No its an actaully very broad question no one will no exactly and im trying to get the hole ballpark deciding on if i want to go with porting or not Why do you need to know how much hp it has to decide if you want to port it? If its fast enough, then leave it alone. If it needs to be faster, then do more work to it. Quote
