BillyRay
I am going through the same issues at the current time. I put an air box on my bike so I could ride it here in Minnesota, had pods on before. I have an old JD Racing stroker motor with full drag port, T5's with hush kit, 185 compression running 110 race gas. With the pod setup my 28's are set up as follows; 160 mains 58 pilot JJH needle clip in 2nd position air screw 1 1/4 My elevation is 1,000' With this setup bike really rips with lots of throttle response. Now with air box on I have; 155 mains 58 pilot JJH needle clip in 2nd position air screw 1 1/2 Still not right but better, thinking about going to 152 mains, 55 pilots, same needles. Bile is currently very hard to start, I might have a problem with my choke circuit as if I prime a cylinder it will start up first or second kick. Anyone have a pair of 55 and 52 pilots that they are not using? Edited June 13, 2008 by BillyRay
