hi everyone i can modify your stock fuel valve and turn it from a single outlet valve into a dual outlet fuel valve. it is alot ceaper then the dual pingel fuel valve. i am only charging 5.00 plus shipping to modify them. all you have to do is send me your fuel valve and 5.00 and pay for shipping back to your zip.

ill get you a pic monday

first 3 just pay for shipping.

if this attempt to make gas money falls through ill just write a build thread so you can do it yourself

like i said id rather pay 5.00 and shipping then 70.00 for a dual valve

Want to see pics, how are you getting a single to flow at a duals rate? Duals have two inlets that go into the tank a believe? Im about to dish out the money for a dual here soon so.

the dual pingel it looks like only has a single inlet according to the pic on F.A.S.T's website. i havent tested mine yet to see if it flows at the same rate as the pingel, seeing that i dont want to spend the money on a pingel. this idea IS in testing ...thats why im going to GIVE one to the first 3 people for free so that they can test it and post their comments.

I know it would be great if you could do this for $5, but I can tell you from many years of motorcycle racing that it aint gonna happen. Pingel's are the best, and thats why they are $$$. If your bike is hot enough that you aren't getting enough gas you don't really want a quick fix..

not trying to bust a bubble here just stating a fact..

here is what pingel says & also a good pic of the dual atv valve..

keep us posted on progress.

Finally a fuel valve for your MX bike that won't restrict the fuel flow to your carb. If you have any mods to your bike, you are restricting the performance with the stock fuel valve. Does your bike stumble in the fast whooped out sections? The cure is to install a high flow Pingel fuel valve. The weight of the fuel and the volume available through the Pingel Power-Flo

your not busting my bubble at all...the way i see it and please correct me if im wrong is that the pingel fuel valve just has two outlets, and a on and off lever at the bottum, i dont have one to look at and inspect it maybe the inside is slanted for better flow. i know drag bikes should get the real pingel but for those who just ride in the woods or at the dunes 5.00 to me is a good deal. what i do is add a extra outlet and modify the inside of the valve. this was just a idea i had no reason to get on bad terms over it ...it would seem like one outlet one hose into two would restrict fuel flow so just by adding a extra outlet and hose this would make a big difference not to include the inside modification.

its the simple idea that the less corners the faster you can go, the more corners the slower you Have to go.

the Quote you found on the pingle says "fuel valve creates a venturi affect which speeds up fuel through the needle and seat opening which keeps the carburetor bowl full of fuel at all times." i thought that the carb bowl fills up with fuel and then the gas gets pulled up to the needle and seat opening not the other way around.......i might be wrong please correct me on how a carb works.

LOL I like how they try to sell it by telling you your stock petcock is like a restricted main jet. If anyone has main jets that big I wanna see the motor they're runnin.

lol i know right thats what i was thinking that whoever wrote that knew nothing about carbs's

please note that i am not saying that this is in anyway better then the pingel im just saying that it would be better to have one hose to each carb then one hose split into two ,,,,,,ill prally just make a thread on how to modify your stock .....idk

I dont know anything about the pingels but I dont see why someone couldnt modify something to work as good if not better,.Im game, lets see some pics please.

ive had the ideal cross my mind a few times also, on modding my own fuel valve

i think the pingle is a rip off imo. 80$ for an 0n/off fuel valve with 2 oulets common.... only soo much gas can come out of a gas tank oulet, its common sence. any single outlet fuel valve, goin for one to 2 lines will slow down gas flow. soo basicly any twin outlet fuel valve will flow gas better .. dont mather if its a pingle or a moded stocker it will work......i think its a great ideal and it should work great

good luck.

has anyone said they'd take one? I totally agree with you, less turns more flow. and why couldn't it operate just as good as a pingle? I don't drag race but I do see that there is a lot of air in the line right at the split an if this will get rid of this I'll take one.

I'm sure people are down for it, but I hate to say this is gonna be one of those things where you're going to sell a few then someone will spill the beans (if it even works). So basically if it's something that doesnt have to be machined or is expensive there's no point in making $ off of it cuz it won't work.
