39 PWK Pump Carbs and Fuel Pump

I bought these carbs off ebay because they were a good deal and I thought I could use them. Im going to stick with my other carbs so im selling these for what I paid for them. The carbs appear to be in good working condition, I dont have a running motor to test them on. The pump is in new condition.

I tried to PM this, but for some reason it's not working.

 

I've been thinking long and hard about using a pump. My 35's run dry after long hard runs. I'm guessing they work off vacuum. If so, where do you get the vacuum from? And, are these for gas or alky, or does it matter? I'm not sure if this is the route that I want to take, though. I'm kind of weighing my options. Right now, I'm loking at a dual feed pingel and/or bigger bowls.

these are good carbs.i ran them on gas with a pingle guzzler with no starvation problems.real easy to tune.when i ran nitrous i used a pump.

Yep they run off vacuum, Most people tap a pulse line fitting behind the reeds on the intakes of the cylinders. I think Dajogejr has a few pics of his pulse line.
