nick t Posted June 1, 2008 Report Posted June 1, 2008 ok i was out riding this afternoon and everything was going good. but when i stopped to talk to my sister and then tried to start it back up the kickstarter wa stuck. it would move up and down and everything it just wouldnt fold out so i could kick it. is this just i problem swivleing or is there something wrong? 250psd Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 Vito's has a kit to rebuild it for 6 bucks. Also check out the repairs and mods section. I have a post under "kick starter" to help you install it. I still haven't done mine so I can't tell you my personal experience with it. Good luck! Quote
XxMeltIcexX Posted June 3, 2008 Report Posted June 3, 2008 Its not hard, if you dont wanna spend 6 bucks all you gotta do is pull off the kickstarter and lube up the ball inside the kickstarter, if its rattling its cause the spring/o-ring is worn out. The kit takes like 2 minutes to rebuild the kickstarter with, if your like me I can't stand the kickstarter rattle. Quote
