my bike is getting harder to start, unless it is warmed up. if u leave it sit it takes bout 20 kicks to fire up, if u push start it fires right up

What's the compression? Low compression, or a lean condition will make it hard to start.

Change the plugs then see what happens.

how hard is it to make the compression alittle higher

Fairly easy if you are good at turning a wrench. But if you are low on compression (did you test it?) top end might have to be rebuilt. Could also be a carb problem. Do a compression test before you start buying parts.
