Stock swingarm? Those 10 paddles are killing you if so.

Probably runs like a raped indian out of the hole like you said, but will have a lot of resistance on the top end.

An 8 paddle on a stock stroke, stock swingarm seems to work good for me and is the MOST I would put on unless I or someone were really light, in really light sugar sand, then I might go to a 9 paddle.

Try a few different tire / gear combinations if you're sure jetting is right and see what you think. Tires can make a huge difference....

it does have a 6 over swingarm, it had a 4 at first but was still trying to flip over backwards. i have tried 9 paddles before in a 22 inch tire, but it would blow them off no matter what the air was at? unless the sand was extremely heavy. (wet)

yeah that or....

I had a bike that ran like that and the problem ended up being transfer height too tall. Who ported it? WHats your elevation? 19's are considered little here.

i dont remember the name thats in engraved on the bottom of the cylinders and as far as elevation its, probably around 100 feet to sea leval,i only ride at the beach
