I can find neutral when shifting when shee is off. But my problem is when pull the clutch lever in the shee still stays in gear.

Have you adjusted the clutch cable as far as it will go, meaning no slack in the lever; adjust the threaded adjuster out of the lever perch as far as you can without it coming out of the perch, that will snug the cable see if this does anything for it.

I am about 2 hours maybe north of indy straight up 65. I have not yet started the shee up yet to find out what wi;; happen cause I need to adjust and syn my carbs in which I have not done yet. And I am also waiting for my T6's to get here they should be here any day. I was wantong to get everything dialed in before I cranked it up. Yes I have tried moving that actuater screw all the way in and all the way out and adjusted the slack in relation to where the actuator screw is. Do you think if I hook everything up it will be alright. I really don't think it will be. I really don't want to take it tot the shop butit is looking like will have to. Because Ireally don't want to fork out the $$$. I just forked out over 1500 for the motor and the t6's. But I got to get her runnin you know.

I didnt realize your bike was not running yet, you may be ok Id get everything adjusted according to your clymers manual, probably how you had it to start with and put the cover back on and wait for your pipes/ fire that thing up, then you can go from there, you may be surprised. Do you know what your carbs are jetted at and are you runnin air box or pods?

I will probly end up trying to do that I just got my pipes in they look nice I also need to jet my carbs and set then up properly so I will be trying to work on that. What do you think should I should do with my airbox leave the lid off or ? I already bout the main jets 280 then I also bought ten above and below just in case. I am a pretty much stock shee I mighjt need a little bigger but I will see. I have never messed with carbs so I am gonna keep the clymer close. But when I did have it all together before I did notice that there was fuel leaking out of the breather tube. So no tellin what I am getting into.

Don't worry on the jetting, just watch as ur taking it all apart and u'll be ok. And i would recommend to just do 1 at a time so u dont get parts mixed up. which tube is gas leaking out of?

When I had my 03 I had T6s on it with the 280 mains stock pilots & after market needles/ toomey perfect jet kit, with K&N filter with modded lid 1" holes drilled with filter plugs. the jetting was pretty good for mine should be close for yours. /While you have your carbs off clean them real good, all jets make sure you blow them out, especially the pilots those things clog easy and be careful with the floats handle them with care; dont bend, dont drop, ect and if you figure it out check the float adjustment. air mixture screw start with 1 1/2 out from very lightly seated; screw in untill bottoms out/then back out 1 1/2 turns, that should get you a good start.
