Where should I start my jetting?

I just ordered a set of DMC 916's. I am 800ft above sea level, 50 degrees in winter and 90 degrees in summer. I run Amsoil 40:1. I am going to run a pro design adapter with foam filter. Where should I start my jetting? (pilot, main, needle)
