Bikeatrol Posted March 23, 2008 Report Posted March 23, 2008 (edited) I have a 2006 50th anniversary edition Yamaha Banshee for sale. I purchased it brand new about 10 months ago. It only has 5-8 hours on it. Within a week after purchasing it, I installed the following mods: TORS eliminator kit Toomey TR6 pipes Dynojet jet kit K&N Intake filters with yellow Outerwear's Billet extended throttle I have too many toys and need to sell. I didn't ride it near as much as I thought I would. It is barely broken in and I am taking a large loss on it. I am asking $4500 firm. I will include a set of Skat Trak Extreme Haulers on Douglas 10'' wheels. I purchased them new from Skat Trak and used them for less than 20 minutes on one trip to Pismo. If you are looking for a Banshee, this one is a steal! You can email me at [email protected] or call me at (559) 804-1586 I am located in Central California No Shipping Edited March 23, 2008 by Bikeatrol Quote

HammerShee99 Posted April 4, 2008 Report Posted April 4, 2008 (edited) Damn you shudakeptquiet, you had me confused. I was like, "Yeah, let's see here, the Banshee was released in 1987, this one is a 2006, that'd be 19 years, what? Oh yeah, YAMAHA MOTOR COMPANY'S 50th anniversary." Here's a free bump. If I had $4300 I know where it'd be going. Edited April 4, 2008 by HammerShee99 Quote

If I had $4300 I know where it'd be going. Yeah, I said the same thing at the dealer. "You mean, the 19th year anniversary edition right!" I guess Yamaha's 50th year and the final year of the Banshee came at the same time. Maybe they thought that it would be some type of memorabilia. ALSO--- I will be including a full set of matching riding gear. Bell Helmet (XL used one time), Jersey (L), Pants (34-36), Gloves, Boots (11), and chest protector. $4300 takes all Edited April 5, 2008 by Bikeatrol Quote
johnny boy Posted April 6, 2008 Report Posted April 6, 2008 if you decide to part out items ,how much for the haulers??that is a good price for the set-up though. Quote
Bikeatrol Posted April 7, 2008 Author Report Posted April 7, 2008 if you decide to part out items ,how much for the haulers??that is a good price for the set-up though. I figured I'd be better off selling all together. If I end up selling the Haulers and not the bike, I'm gonna have to go out and buy more since I might as well use it if I have it. I'm surprised that there is such a lack of interest. Wish I could go lower on the price. Thanks for asking though. Quote
Bikeatrol Posted April 20, 2008 Author Report Posted April 20, 2008 I now have new Skat smoothies on Douglas wheels that I will include. Still $4300 Quote

I think the price is the trick.......... Unless you part a Banshee out these days, you pretty much have to give them away. Good luck. Quote
