A friend of mine is from Myrtle Beach. He tells me that he can ride from place to place and not get into trouble. Then he also tells me that he would get into a lot of trouble because nobody just "rides" a Banshee. It's fun to do wheel stand and what not going down the street. That's when it becomes illegal. If they do pull you over. Ask to see the law on paper.

I live out in the country part of south carolina. We constantly have to duck the law, even on dirt roads. I mean I live in a one stop light town and the police here chase us on a constant basis, and whoever they do catch they looked at a 250 and up ticket. I think like any state, registered and liscensed vehicles only operate on the hwy, only exludeding mopeds.

i saw the same one on craigslist. has all the blinkers, licence plate, mirrors...etc...i think its a line of shit

From the storys Ive heard of 1K tickets Id say not. Maybe in the country but not in rural areas. We ride ours down main roads getting to the riding spots but we haul ass when we do it.
