Pardee208
I used a utility knife with tape for my guide lines. make a few passes with the knife then just pull the blade through, cuts like butter! take your time and wear some welding gloves! after removing the ears, heat up a puddy knife and melt the edges for a smoother look. Hope this helps. jack24piper
1. the best way that i wave found is to use a jig saw and go slow. 2. Then take a high grit sand paper and smooth it down at the edges. 3.you can make a tool that can form the edges perfictly buy cutting a C in a putty knife and either heat the tool or use a heat gun with it and slide over the egdes 4. just dont press hard. brandon
Twistedtrik
We either use a jig saw with a metal blade ( finer cuts but go slow to keep from clogging the teeth )or an air cut off tool and then used a 1/4 sheet flat sander to smooth the edges. 400 grit works nice for this.
