will 35mm carbs increase power?

hey i have 80" oversize wisco pistions dune porting fmf sst pipes vforce3 reeds 28mm carbs shaved head

will 35mm carbs make any power increase??

 

and ifso.. what sorta jetting would i start with at sea lvl and 30deg/c temp and 98 octain fuel?

Yes. They will.

Take the jetting you have in your 28s, add 2-3 sizes on the mains, 1-2 on the pilot...start there.
