I am looking at buying a set of DMC 916's. I like to hill climb and do a little mx. My concern is if the silencer will hit the swingarm, etc. when I jump? Anyone have any problem with this?

Thanks

Thats what I was hoping to hear!! Have you jumped it and landed pretty hard? Compressed the rear shocked pretty hard? Just want o be sure I don't buy something I damage on the first jump. Do they seem to be pretty strong, the way they mount?

Thanks

i weigh about 200lbs and have hit the ground fairly hard.i'm fairly sure you can bottom the suspension out and not bend the pipes.

Awesome pipe. It would be impossible to hit the swingarm.

the bottom of the silencer has about 10.5 inches of clearance before it would hit the top bearing carrier bolt (if it could). you'll definatley run out of suspension travel before this happens. heres a pic of the mount.
