Need help, shee running bad

Hello,

I installed new T5 pippes, and already had a KN air filter.

I completely rejeted according to a manual, stage 3 jet kit, I dont know the sizes of the jets pilots etc. I only know the specification of the air screw - 2,5turns.

 

I started my shee, on a first kick(not usual, used to start on 3rd-4rd kick) and warmed it up. Then it started to run ugly, a lot of smoke from pipes... I think it was overfueled....

 

What should I check/do?

 

Btw: I saw somewhere on this forum a topic how to remove tors with pics..I cannot find it now, can someone post a link pls?

I will try to use a 3-sizes smaller main jets, is that correct? Or adjust needles?
