robsully5150 Posted February 10, 2008 Report Posted February 10, 2008 My shee was running great and has been with no major maintenence for about two years and last week it just fell on its face. Sounds like its sputtering mainly on just the left side. I have taken the carbs apart and cleaned them and checked them and they seem to be in ok shape. The motor revs real high then coughs back down and sputters like it all of the sudden pulls vaccuum instead of exhaust like a hick up. I need Help on this one before i spend a fortune for no reason. Also if i do need new carbs which size should I buy? I have a few mods pipes reeds k&n and cdi box. I just mainly ride trails/mx i plan on boring it soon. Banshee HQ is the best thing since sliced bread!!!! Quote

I had the carbs off and the reeds felt ok with my finger but guess i should take them out and check thanks for the heads up. Quote
