i have my banshee almost done now changed the jets and reeds should work ok. When i tore it down i took all the hoses off the over flow bottle and now i dont know wheere they go. I cant figure out what the small line that goes into water pump is for and i dont want it to overheat. any help would be great

i think im screwed i tore it appart to fast and its been a few months i dont know where any of those lines go. where does the lower line from the overflow tank and i cant remember where and how many crank case breathers there are. will it hurt it if i forget one.

The lower line from the overflow runs up to the neck of the radiator. the line on top of the bottle just runs parallel with it up to the front, then just hangs there, doesnt hook to anything. If you are wanting to clean up the bike a little, some guys on here dont even run the bottle anymore. they just run a hose from the little neck on the radiator down to a safe distance away from you. maybe somebody will chime in with more details.

do the two breather hoses need to be connected to equilize pressure like choke tube. i forgot to put the choke tube on and it ran like crap lol. had tons of fast two strokes but this is my first banshee.

ok let me break it down for you...

you have 2 breathers on the motor. one is the hose coming from the pump area and the other is at the very back of the case. these go to a "T" splitter and then the other end is run any where as a vent ....

for your overflow, get rid of it. its not needed. you can trash the whole thing and just run the small hose from the rad cap down the frame and tie it off.
