Painting my stock pipes

I need to clean up my quad so i can sell it sooner. I was woundering if i should paint my pipes black and should i paint it with high heat paint. There gold now. Thanks guys

i took a wire wheel to mine, then painted with high temp 1200 degree engine black and they loog great now.
