Well, according to him the cyls have been bored out over a half inch, last I saw, (or at least on mine) that is impossible. even going to a 65mm bore, that does not make it 400cc's. Now granted, he may have misplaced the decimel point, but that would be my first flag, and the second would be that the pics are almost 8 months old...

 

And what's with the cut stator wires?

Well its looks a little expensive and the jugs are just about done. Also i think .60 over is like a 355-356cc moder so thats wrong.
