sheerider1026
hey guys. i decided to port a set of cylinders i had laying around.. here is what i did.. on the tranfers i started at the base of the cylinders (you know, the opening where your base gasket is at) and i knife edged the bridges, snoothed out the transfers about halfway down, and i slightly(very slightly) opened hem up.. man they look like a pro did'em.. as for the intakes, i smoothed out the bridge with a smooth round edge, very slightly opened them up, and made everything have a smooth transition with a ruff finish(atomization) i am going to move onto the exhaust and polish them to a mirror finish.. i am only looking to add a little more power everywhere.. if i want real power i will hop on my cub bike.. how does this all sound guys??
