If it's that bad, adjusting the air screws prolly won't get you there.

Has this setup run good in cold weather before ?

Or, is this a new setup for you ?

idk this is my first winter with it i got it last summer

but when i got it it wasnt idling at all until i completely disconnected the tors now it idles but only with the choke

so i figure sum adjustments to the idle and airscrew will fix it

maybe your best bet is to start with a tors removal kit.

there are idle speed adjustment screws on the top of the tors body.

Adjusting them might help out a little, but since you've unplugged them

anyway, might as well do it right.

rockymountainatv.com sells kits for the removal.

after you get it installed i would suggest that you check your jetting.

also, what mods have been done to the bike ?

Sounds like you need to go bigger on your pilot jet

What jettin are you running currently and what mods are done to the bike?

well the bike has fmf pipes with dg sillencers, boost bottle, pro flow filter

and the guy i got it from said it was big bore or bored and it has brand new ricky stator

Go up one size on the pilot jet, you have the classic sign of it being too lean (pulling choke and it runs / runs better). It's showing now because colder weather makes your jetting leaner than it would be in the summer.

Hot weather - go down on jetting

Cold weather - go up on jetting

Main jet would be determined by a plug chop
