it all depends on whats in it. billet crank? lockup? override? what kind of carbs and pipes? how fresh is the build? with all the goddies, id say that not a bad deal as long as its in good shape. you couldnt build that for 4500 new most likley (unless you got badass hookups)

I'd figure around 2k to 2.5k for the cylinders, then intakes should be around $250 Depends on what kinda pipes... If the crank has some time on it and you end up needing it rebuilt, it could get pricey...

Supposed to be a fresh motor (aren't they all). It has a 2-5 override and lockup, hand made Shearer same side OOFs, carbs setup for fuel pump and alky, not sure of the brand of the crank, he's supposed to find out for me. The seller bought it a few years ago for a build, but never got around to building his bike.

 

 

What would be the cons of running a 14 mil? What exactly tears up that makes them less reliable?
