it might not be "perfect" but a tad off isn't really going to hurt much unless your on an 1/8th mile drag and want to make sure everything is ideal. my paddles spin a little on the rim so I line them up as good as I can and then go on. main thing is, on hard ground or pavement, it'll vibrate like a beeitch.

like was said they dont have to be perfect but close is good. Some say it doesnt really matter performance wise, i know it did on my buddies blaster, it would bog real bad off the line if they werent lined up. i like them to be lined up for appearance reasons.

just take the tire and hub of and then you can line them up.

 

Yup! Line them up by removing the hub. I noticed it a little when they where off, but it doesn't make a big difference unless you are trying to get the perfect start when drag racing.
