does anyone know anything about the rz350 electronics?? i seen where some of u guys had wiring diagrams and made your own harness.. please help.. need cdi, stator, flywheel, harness and powervalve controller.. the servo is there... anyway to use stock banshee cdi or stator?

also does anyone have any of these parts for sale or know where to get them?? could the pv be set at a moderate position (manually) and be rode that way with good power throughout?? this is new to me

if you buy a zeeltronic cdi and pv controller you can use banshee stator and flywheel, otherwise the only thing banshee you can use with rz stuff is the coil.

 

you could set the valves manually to where stock banshee ports are or even maybe a touch higher and it would work good (better than standard banshee, depending on what model rz barrels you have) you will have to loctite or silicon etc them in place though ( hard to explain unless you have torn the system apart before)

 

scour ebay for the parts they come up failry often

zeeltronics has a fix .. they have a ox that will work with the banshee cdi, stator and flywheel,, you change your voltage regulator to a rectifier, add a battery and there powervalve control box reeds rpm off of your coil wire, and its programmable..

The rz rides like shit with the valves half opened or closed, some have left them open for drag apps. but then whats the point of having them, plus bottom end really suffers.

The harness is not that hard to make once you have the peices, check out BenBB's FAQ's and web page, this is where I got all the info to do my conversion.

I'll try & dig up a copy of Bens Diagram and post it.
