First i wasn next to my dad on his hyabusa and it was readinind a lil under 100...the i used a gps and it was reading 98-99-98-99-98

What is your current list of mods on the bike, what is your tire size in diameter, and what is your current gearing....

cool head,wiesco pistons,k&n dual kit,pro circuit pipes,jetted carbs,21'' tires,i believe 1up 2down in sprockets.

If you had a monster ported motor or a big aftermarket cylinder motor...with a lot more gearing than you're talking about...then yes...it'll do 100.

 

Not with your setup, no how no way...

 

Kilometers an hour....maybe, not 100MPH.
