how 2 change the clip positon my Mikuni carbs

now that im puting my shee all back together i need 2 change the clip on the needle on my Mikuni carbs & i need to know how do i get the needle out & what clip do i change it to

not sure what style mikunis you have but you jst remove the cap and slide out the needle with the slide. pull the spring abck and remove the cable from the slide. unscrew the cover that the cable was holding and unter there is your needle. there is a clip on it that you pop off and move it to another groove and install the opposite as you took it off.

i have 34mm mikuni vm roundslide carbs & i did as you said & they still wont come out need help

Post some pics of where the needles are located...might be able to help you from there

hey I dont know if this will help but arent there two small screws that hold a needle lock in the slide. My old ex was like that and it had micky's on it.
