J-Madd Posted October 13, 2007 Report Posted October 13, 2007 I'll have to check the various "ash trays" in my shop to see what pistons they are. I just ordered big bore domes and put it together (the first time), sent it to Jeff the second time to have the crank trued and welded. I was pretty sure they were 68 mm Banshee pistons...I'll let ya know. Well the dome of the two pistons look identical....Blaster style, but one piston is shorter than the other. Quote
Dinner Posted October 25, 2007 Author Report Posted October 25, 2007 Hey Guys, again  Just wondering if you fellas have some phone numbers for some builders? Like i could easily find out Jeff's, but for those around the Michigan area, or wherever really...what are their numbers? I'm thinking of calling around next week and seeing what I can find. Thanks for the info so far  Quote

06BaNsHeE Posted October 26, 2007 Report Posted October 26, 2007 Dinner DOnt get Cubs.I wanted one but Reality struck and a 4mill Cub on alky with Drag Pipes aint gunna be a good duner. So I decided to just stay with stock cylinders with a good drag port and big stroker crank and Duneable overide.Until I get another banshee Im not going with Cub cylinders.Really sucks tho after you save up all the money for the motor youve always wanted and then end up with something else.Oh well When I get another trail banshee I can get cubs and it wont be no lil 4mill.IMO go with atleast a 4mill crank on stock cylinders if your already ripping down their,If you have the money go with a 7. Hilarious Posted October 27, 2007 Report Posted October 27, 2007 If you have the money go with a 7. From what I have seen, the 7mill is the same price as a 10. And once you go beyond 4 you have to trench your cases. The 4 mill is drop in. Quote

06BaNsHeE Posted October 27, 2007 Report Posted October 27, 2007 Well if you go 10mm on stock cylinders you need to resleeve.Im going 7mm On stock cylinders for my Play bike because thats the biggest I can go on stock cyls. And If I ever decide to go to aftermarket cyls I can just sell the 7 get a 10mm And Just drop it on.But Anyone will tell you get a 7mill for stock cyls.Well if they know what their talking about. But Defi Quote
06BaNsHeE Posted October 27, 2007 Report Posted October 27, 2007 and on aftermarket cyls the 10mm are a litte more expensive I think around 1100 not sure tho but I know a10 is more Quote
