Techer Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 I ride mainly about 6000 feet and was wondering what kind of ratio i should run in my banshee? The book says 24:1. Does that sound right? Also does the ratio depend on what oil i run in my bike? Quote
BellicoseBanshee Posted October 9, 2007 Report Posted October 9, 2007 Just look at THIS search link, there are many pages covering the oil mixture topic. 32:1 is a very popular mixture ratio, and yes, some oils specify a particular ratio. Generally speaking, a grade of 2-stroke oil is fine at 32:1 or so. You will get many opinions and preferences on this subject. Quote
