Hi Ppl

I am running a complete YFZ450 front end on my Banshee its made a huge difference to the handling etc, I have managed to buy a complete YFZ rolling chassis and after the TT season is finished I am going to be stripping my shee and building the motor into the YFZ frame.......

I have see a vid on you tube of another guy who's already done the conversion but I cant seem to contact him. Has anyone else attempted this and any major problems I may encounter?

Thanks Guys

hey man is that your thread on E2S??

if it is then you have done a great job!

i am seriously contemplating this project over here in australia.

i like what you did with the pipes, was that absolutely necessary though? do you think other pipes may fit?

im thinking a set of PT mids would fit fairly easily, what do you think?

does anyone else have any links or other info on banshee/yfz450 hyrbids?

thanks, mark

There is a guy on here who has all the pics from start to finish, plus vids of it running. I believe he modified a set of DG pipes and made them work, I will try and find a link to it.

Sorry guys right here, yup I have completed the build (still have to strip and make it pretty) but I have been riding the crap out of her both TT and alot of MX practice and its awesome.

I doubt standard pipes will fit and I am pretty sure you will have to have them modified to fit.
