My bike is port and polished (the port and polish is agressive ) and it has a milled head with trinity stage 5 pipies with single K&N filters on each carb. the bike revs out fine when it is in nutrual but when I run it it is fine till I open her all the up. Then she hesitates and bogs any suggestions.

I think the trinity pipes are similar to T5's for jetting. I can't remember for certain, but I'd think your main jet would be in the 350'ish area. RNBrad on here would be a better guy to ask. He ran them on his 4mm stock cylinder motor before he upgraded to his cub. I'm not sure if he was running stock carbs though.

I rebuilt my motor already and put a new ricky stater 200w in it to.
