BansheeBruce Posted August 18, 2007 Report Posted August 18, 2007 Finally got some new CPI's  . Since they have more top-end, do I need to go up on jet size? I'm dune ported BTW. Quote
dajogejr Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 CPIs flow more. To be 100% honest, you could go up on the main, you could need less, it could stay the same. I always start rich and work my way down. I'd go up two on the main....get a few sets of brand new plugs...and get to chopping... Quote

RadarRacing Posted August 20, 2007 Report Posted August 20, 2007 Be sure to check the midrange especially. The toomeys will stuff more back in the cyls at midrange throttle opening since it's a mid/top pipe. The CPIs wont stuff as much back in the midrange rpm. Like dajogejr said plug chop and check top as well as mid. Quote
