allstarbanshee Posted July 31, 2007 Report Posted July 31, 2007 Anything is possible, just gotta know where to get the right shit to do it right. Good luck Ive owned a prof. powderCoat shop for 6 yrs now. I did the a-arms on my 04 and 05 Banshee. They are in perfect working order I have 3 different ovens at my business NO LAMPS!! as long as you get down to the ALL METAL portion with no sleeves or bearings or anything and clean out all the grease itll be fine. Regrease all components before re-assembly. the 04 gets trail riding 15-20 days out of a typical month. the 05 is stretched 10inches with a big motor  and is drag race only. I dont think twice about my a-arms when riding or racing either theyre fine. Just find a knowledgable Powdercoater. Quote
