These bikes aren't geared to run WOT for 10 to 15 seconds....you need to go bigger up front, smaller out back or both.... I could launch a stocker in 3rd gear pinned on asphalt and wouldn't dream of that on sand or dirt... Quote
snowmanzz13 Posted July 20, 2007 Author Report Posted July 20, 2007 i think it would only be 1/8 mile or maybe 1/4, i have a 15 tooth up front an i don't plan on running balls to the wall in 6th half the track, if it comes down to that i'll be at about half 3/4 throttle to keep the top end together Quote

snowmanzz13 Posted July 23, 2007 Author Report Posted July 23, 2007 thanks for the tips and keep em' comming. i picked up a 16t front as i figured i'll be running 1/8, one of my buddies told me to ratchet strap down the front/rear suspension for a better launch with les wheelies or something of that nature, i'm lookin into a set of the american racers an i've also been looking at a set of goodyear slicks, again thanks josh Quote
