My rod is welded in there, any easy way 2 get it out? Can I just split bottom half of casing or is ther an easier way. I cant pull out the puller lever either. Read a couple posts about this but none speak of how to fix it. Whats the easy way??? (If any)

that sucks when your rod get welded!! Seriously, what are you talking about?? The clutch push rod? If that is the case, let us know. A bigger hammer will always get it out.

Pop the cluch actuator arm out and dremmel the mushroomed part of the clutch rod smooth.I used a pointed diamond bit on the dremmel and a small pencil sized magnet thru the ball side to turn the rod as needed as dremmling,It takes a little time but I have done it with no problems. After all the mushromming has been removed the rod/ball will slide right out with the pull of the magnet. Then you take the magnet and stick it down the clutch arm hole and remove all of the metal filings.Change oil after first ride

Or you can split the cases

 Got the problem all sorted out! The nut that held the adjustment screw had backed out and caused it to weld. I put in all the new stuff and put the pancake bearing in now as well as locktite on the adjustment screw. I suggest it to you guys even tho ive heard of others not recomending that. Just thought id let you know how i got it out as it may help others so here it goes. I left the whole top end on and flipped the motor upside down after removing the casing screws and got all the nuts out of the bottom half and split the casing enough to get to the back of the rod where the pushlever comes down. I broke it free and pulled it out that way. I resealed the casings after with some gasket maker or silicone, put it back together and there she is. Thanks for the help.
